The directions for use say take 3 tablets a day - initially I did this but found that I simply could not sleep in the evenings. I have never had an issue with caffeine before but I can only assume these are pretty strong tablets. Since then I have been taking 1 tablet on the days I have been exercising and been pretty happy that they have made a difference. I did some experiments with it by going to the gym and not taking the thermobol and noticed a significant drop in my ability to push myself past 45 mins of activity be it cardio or weights compared to when I do have a thermobol boost. I can't tell whether that is just a subconscious thing or just the caffeine and I'd have the same boost from a pro plus or energy drink but it is working for me. 10 of 11 people found the following review helpful Quality stuff, 27 Aug 2011 This review is from: Maximuscle Thermobol Weight Loss and Definition Formula Tablets - Tub of 30 (Personal Care) I have been using the thermobol for a few weeks now and really notice a difference in my energy levels and my definition when combined with a regular exercise routine. I only take 1 a day in the morning before going to the gym as I find that anymore than that and I don't get a good sleep that night. I also noticed a slight burning sensation in my stomache after taking it the first few times but this has since went away. I now buy the 90 bottles, now that I know thermobol works.
