The patches did cause some redness on my skin after 24 hours, but nothing severe or horrible. The company does warn that people with sensitive skin may experience redness or allergic reaction to the patches. I'd say that if you get irritations from plasters, then these are not for you. I just made sure to switch arms and application spots, and this way I avoided prolonged irritation.

Did they work? A big fat NO!
I did not notice any change in my eating or craving patterns. If anything, I felt a bit more peckish after applying them.

I think the whole premise is OK and makes sense, but the patches use a very tiny amount of the active ingredient: they only use 15mg Fucus vesiculosus each. Fucus vesiculosus is also known by the common name "bladderwrack" and it is a common herbal remedy used to stimulate the thyroid gland as a treatment for obesity and cellulite. I have always been sceptical of slimming pills/patches etc, but decided to give this one a try as it was completely natural (and cheap)!
I have used nicotine patches before, and these seem to work in the same way by releasing things into your body via your skin.
I used to be able to eat A LOT. My male friends were always inpressed with the volume of food I could consume.
I always used to be hungry, and would often snack between meals.
After 3 days the hunger feelings subsided, which is amazing, as I have had an overactive Thyroid problem for 4 years, which has been the cause of my increased appitite. This is the first time I have not felt hungry, so I haven`t snacked at all really, apart from the odd chunk of chocolate, where I used to eat a whole bar, following by a packet of crisps.
I`m not obese by any means, but I am overweight, as I`m 5ft7", weighing in at 11st8lb.
I have lost 9lbs in a week using these patches, and no exercise!

These patches work. I lost 2 pound in 4 days and thats without any exercise. I apply them to my belly, where I find they stay on the best. I have no hunger cravings anymore and I don't want to eat large portions anymore. I recommend them to anyone who wants to lose weight.
