I took them for just over one month, and have lost nothing. Don't waste your money, at the end of the day it is calorie intake v calorie output, the intake has to be less than the output, sorry to be boring, but the old fashioned way to losing weight is best! These pills will make you lose your hair faster than any weight. I read a couple of reviews here warning about the hair loss problem but I didn't think it would have any effect on mine because I have very healthy thick hair but I was very wrong. After under a week of starting to take the pills (only one pill twice a day mind you), I noticed for the first time hair strands on my pillow but overruled the possibility of the pills being the reason, although my hair never just falls down like that. A day or two later I noticed that my hair was becoming too thin, and today takes the cake as Not only was my hair falling in bunches lit everywhere but also the actual hair strands shrank in size and were getting shorter.. I was very disappointed and threw the box immediately in the dustbin. I will never use it again neither will I ever use other weight loss products for that...
