This tea has a very pleasant uplifting natural flavour. Excellent drink hot or cold. This is probably my personal favourite from the 3 types available. No sweeteners, no caffeine, but still works its magic of black tea. Combination of pu-erh tea and pineapple works really well and sure suppresses feeling of hunger.
Although the instructions suggest taking the tea bag out after approx 10 minutes I tend to leave it in right until the end.
